Sefer Yessod Olam, by Rabbi Yitzchak ben Rabbi Yosef Ben-Yisroel, a disciple of the Rosh, on the wisdom of the Ibur, Hilchot Kidush Hachodesh with tables that were updated and corrected by the editor. Berlin, [1777]. An edition that was based on an ancient manuscript.
[1], 93, [5] leaves. With [2] folding sketched-plates. [2] leaves are missing from the leaves of tables at the end of the book. On the title page, the handwritten signatures of Moshe Yosef Brachfeld and a stamp of Yaakov Zilberstam. At the beginning of the book, a poem praising him by Naftali Hertz Wiesel.
New, elegant semi-leather binding. Stains. Moth holes. [2] leaves are missing towards the end of the book. One of the sketched plates is detached. Good condition.
