Entire Pilpul handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Meir of Gluga, the Rosh Yeshiva of Prague.
"חילוקא דרבנן בקצרה שאמרתי בסוי' דהשוחט מתוך הטבעת וכו'" Autograph by the Gaon Rabbi Meir Segal [Schlesinger] of Gluga, a resident of Prague.
[1] leaf, [49] lines. 21 cm. The Pilpul by the author of the Sugya of השוחט מתוך הטבעת [Hashoches mitoch Hataba'as], introduced here shortly, was printed at length at the end of the book Mareh Yechezkel.
Rabbi Meir Halevi Gluga (passed away in 1829), Dayan of the large Beis Din of Prague and a teacher at the large yeshiva there. Author of Divrei Meir on the Shas and Shemen Hama'or on the Shulchan Aruch. A disciple of his father, Rabbi Yechezkel Segal Gluga Av Beis Din of Bomsala and the vicinity, author of Mareh Yechezkel. Innovations by Rabbi Meir were introduced in his father's book. Rabbi Meir passed away at the synagogue whilst eulogizing his friend, the Gaon the Maharam Benet. Otzar Harabbanim 12804.
Some minor stains. A tiny moth perforation, not affecting the text. Slight wear to the edge of the leaf. Good-very good condition.
