A document of commitment to debate before the Beis Din of the Gewitsch community and accept any compromise it reaches and a commitment to pay any fine due to a breach of the agreement. Gewitsch, [1735].
"By the document written by the two officers listed below to our community of Gewitsch, we the undersigned will be tried at the aforementioned community before the Rabbi and Beis Din ... that the aforementioned Beis Din will reach a compromise a sort of Din Torah between us and whatever the Beis Din decides will be sacred and adhered to".
[1] leaf, [14] handwritten lines. With the signatures of both debating parties "Yeshaya ben Rabbi Shmuel of Moskovich" and "Zvi Hirsch ben Rabbi Yehuda Leib". 11X17 cm.
