Ametrine is a combination of amethyst and citrine
The citrine is an amethyst that received a natural heat stroke that changed the color.
The ametrine is an amethyst that received heat rays that damaged only part of it so that part became yellow and part remained purple.
Description and appearance:
Ametrine is a yellow purple stone that represents a process of transformation (change). Most citrine stones are amethyst stones that have been heated naturally in the bowels of the earth or proactively in the laboratory and their color then changes from purple to brown-yellow. When the process is stopped in the middle, the ametrine is obtained: a stone that has a combination of the two colors. Sometimes the purple is stronger and sometimes the yellow, but in order for the stone to be defined energetically as ametrine there must be a significant representation of both.
