Jugend, Munchner illustrierte Wochenschrift fur Kunst und Leben.

Jugend was an art and literature magazine published in Munich between 1896-1940, that coined the name of the Art Nouveau movement. In front of us is an issue from the second year of the magazine, with a color cover illustrated by Julie Wolfthorn, who was a Jewish-German painter who died in the Holocaust in 1944 at the age of 78. Besides this, there are many more illustrations inside the booklet, some in color.
