Isiu Scharf- Motives and Figures from Yiddish Literature

A folder with 16 printed plates inspired by texts by Yiddish writers, such as Sholem Aleichem, Y.L. Peretz, Zalman Shneour and Mendele Mocher Sforim. Isiu Scharf (1913-1997) was a Jewish artist and Holocaust survivor.
Text booklets in Hebrew, Yiddish and English are attached. 34x24 cm. The plates are in good condition, the folder is in good overall condition with minor blemishes.
