This is one of the very first sections of the "Shulchan Aruch Harav" to be printed. Printed by the author's sons, very soon after Rav Shneyor Zalman's passing, in 5573.
Includes: Hilchos Niddah, Shechita and Treifos, as well as questions and answers.
This work was written by the Admor- the Baal Hatanya upon the request of his Rav- the great Maggid of Mezeritch, as his sons write in their introduction to his Shulchan Aruch: "...The holy light of the world, miracle worker of the generation, the sharp gaon, our teacher and Rav, Rav Dovid Ber... of Mezeritch, to search among his disciples for a man with holy spirit, to understand and teach clear halacha...according to the order of the Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim and Yoreh Deah...our honorable father, teacher and Rav, Rabbeynu Hazaken, z"l..."
