Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank (1873-1960) was a Dayan, Av Beit Din, an arbiter, one of the founders of the Chief Rabbinate, a member of the Council of the Chief Rabbinate and Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem between the years (1936-1960).
Rabbi Ya'akov Kalmas (1880-1953) was a rabbi of Moscow and a member of the Council of the Chief Rabbinate at the time of the establishment of the State of Israel.
Rabbi Yosef Mordechai Halevi (1878-1947) was a public figure and educator of Jerusalem, the head of the rabbinical court of the Sephardic community in the city, director of the rabbinic seminary of Ezra, a founder of the Spanish orphanage, president of the Sephardic Community Council in Jerusalem, And the delegate of the first assembly.
