Rabbi Ben Tzion Shmuel Vidal Raphael Avraham Koinka (1837-1937) was the Av Beit Din and posek of the Sephardi community in Jerusalem and at a certain time also in Hebron. Rabbi Koinka was a member of the first council of the Chief Rabbinate Council and a member of the Mizrachi movement, as well as the editor and founder of the anthology of the anthology.
Rabbi Avraham Philosof (1864-1940) was a Jerusalem public figure, head of the Tiferet Jerusalem Yeshiva, director and president of the Sephardic Orphanage, member of the Sephardic Community Committee in Jerusalem, and member of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.
