Rabbi Mordechai Tzemach Eliyahu (1929 - 2010) was an arbiter, Kabbalist and religious leader. He served in the position of Rishon LeZion and Chief Rabbi of Israel in the years 1983-1993 (1983-1993).
Rabbi Avraham Elkana Kahana Shapira (1911 - 2007) was the Chief Rabbi of Israel during the years 5743-1973, Dayan in the Great Beit Din and Rosh Yeshiva of Merkaz Harav since the death Rabbi Hacohen Kook in 1882, until his death. A central rabbinic figure in religious Zionism.
