Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, later leader of the Lithuanian Charedi community, served as Dayan at the regional Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem since Kislev 5711. After several years he served as Dayan in the Supreme Court until his retirement in 1973 following the judgment in the brother and sister affair.
Rabbi Yaakov Bezalel Zolti (1920 - 1982) was a judge at the Supreme Court of Appeals and Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem in 1978-1982.
Rabbi Yaakov Chai Zion Adas (1889-1963) was head of Yeshivat Porat Yosef for thirty years, the head of the Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem, a member of the Rabbinical Court and member of the Chief Rabbinate Council.
