The kabbalist rabbi signs his name several times - "Ephraim Cohen". There is a very high probability that this is the Divine accepted
The renowned Rabbi Ephraim Zlacha HaCohen (1885 - -1956) was a large and accepted Iraqi rabbi, one of the heads of the Porat Yosef Yeshiva. The father of the sage Rabbi Shalom Cohen Shilhta, the Rosh Yeshiva of Porat Yosef and the president of the Council of Sages, and the disciple of the Ben Ish Chai and Rabbi Shimon Agassi and the rabbi of the kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Kaduri and Rabbi Yechezkel Ezra Dori.
