Unique Features: First edition of the responsa by the Netziv, rabbi and Rosh Yeshiva of Volozhin.
Special copy: In siman 61, in the laws of the firstborn, the copy before us is different than the known copies. In the responsum, the author discusses the words of the Shulchan Aruch HaRav of the Ba'al HaTanya, and disagrees with him. In the copy before us the questioner and respondent's names are omitted, and a line which could have been construed to be mocking the Admor was deleted.
Condition: Fine-very fine. Semi-leather binding with a blemished spine.
