Letter from Rabbi Yerachmiel Yehuda Meir of Amshinov and his Mother Faiga Brocha
Letter from Admor Rabbi Yerachmiel Yehuda Meir Kalish of Amshinov to his family. Otwock, [1934[.
[1] doubled leaf. Letterhead of his father the Admor Rabbi Shimon Shalom of Amshinov. 28x20 cm. Very fine condition.
In his letter, he gives an update about the Admor's health and recounts the Shavuot holiday in his court.
The second side features a letter from his mother, Rebbetzin Faiga Bracha Kalish, a cousin of her husband the Admor, daughter of Rabbi Yeshaya of Peshicha, son of Rabbi Yaakov Dovid of Amishnov. During the Holocaust, Rebbetzin Faiga Bracha Kalish escaped to Shanghai together with this son who succeeded his father, and immigrated with him to Eretz Yisrael.
