Rabbi Moshe Wolf was an extremely wise student from the City of Sages Prague. Son of Rabbi Yehuda Oish from Prague and a member of the Beit Din of the Noda BeYhuda.

Rabbi Moshe Wolf was a friend of Rabbi Bezalel Ransburg, who mentions him in his books. And in laws of Rabbi Elazar Falkelsh, author of 'Teshuvah Me'ahava' who also mentions him in his books.
