Japanese Satsuma Kutani Ceramic Dragon Bowl
Japanese satsuma kutani ware ceramic bowl. The exterior decorated with scrolling vines and mythological beasts. The interior painted in red and accented with gilt depicting mythological beasts surrounding a central dragon chasing a flaming pearl.
Height: 4 in x diameter: 9 3/4 in.
Condition: No major chips, cracks, losses, or restorations. Some staining throughout. Light wear to the footrim.
